He has independently released a number of solo music projects. One of which, The Journal, can be found on iTunes and is a collection of original piano pieces Stacy composed and performed. A joint project of his own jazz arrangements, Favorite Hymns, is also available on iTunes and all major digital retail outlets. Stacy has also recorded a collection of jazz arrangements of his favorite Christmas music that is available every year at his studio and his performances in December. Stacy performs weekly at venues around Southwest Louisiana and recently played as the opener for a private concert given by Bonnie Raitt. He has performed solo, with small jazz groups, jazz bands, and large ensembles for a wide variety of events playing jazz, pop, rock and praise & worship. Stacy is a professional pianist and teacher in Sulphur, Louisiana where he owns and operates Bearden's Music. Serving as his teaching and recording studio, Bearden's Music has been open since 1994 and is a full line music store. In 1997 Stacy graduated from McNeese State University with a degree in Piano Performance & Pedagogy.
