and lemon juice and set in the refrigerator. Then, I ran across a recipe that commenced my search for the ultimate cheesecake recipe. I FOUND IT. After I tweaked it a bit, I started getting creative with the basic recipe. My friends would rave over my cheesecakes. Indeed, when I went out to eat, I found every other cheesecake sub-par to my own. Friends of mine begged for me to bake and sell them cheesecakes, so I created Purple Koala Cheesecake Company in order to fulfill the demand for amazing baked and never frozen cheesecakes. When you freeze cheesecakes, it changes the texture and even taste of the cake. That is why
